Digital Sales Controller
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Digital Sales Director (DSC) position has been created during an exciting phase of growth for our business. This role is pivotal in engaging with key digital agencies and collaborating with relevant departments in major agency groups across video, programmatic, VOD, and CTV.
At C-Screens, we are embarking on an ambitious two-year growth strategy aimed at upgrading all screens to enable programmatic delivery, engagement, and sales. The DSC will play a central role in designing and executing our digital sales strategy to help us achieve our goals.
Ideally you will have a combination of Digital, Broadcast and Programmatic sales knowledge and, naturally, a well-developed black book of media agency contacts. Experience of leading / growing a team also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for C-Screens, identifying opportunities to engage with agencies and brands throughout the year.
- Forecast, report, and achieve digital display and video revenue targets from Programmatic and Managed Service campaigns.
- Manage relationships with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs) that partner with C-Screens.
- Evaluate and enhance our digital partnerships for mutual success.
- Expand and maintain a strong agency network, leveraging your history of revenue generation within major agency groups.
- Cultivate and manage ongoing client relationships to secure long-term bookings.
- Develop strategies and implement revenue growth plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets across all networks.
- Serve as a knowledge resource for agencies, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of video, CTV, and programmatic campaigns.
- Coordinate with the tech team to ensure C-Screens aligns with client and agency demands.
- Year two will involve working on a growth strategy in line with C-Screens corporate vision.
- Liaising with the CD/FD on leading the digital P&L.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media sales.
- Good management/leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on the video ecosystem and how it is delivered.
- Proven track record of success in digital sales, with established relationships within London’s media platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital programmatic buying and emerging media landscapes.
- Experience in managing direct relationships with advertisers and navigating complex marketing teams and brand managers.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills, fostering relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure team convergence.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
